# AI Issues

Buzzy AI issues happen during app generation, staged artifact creation, AI-assisted iteration, or AI access management.

## Common Symptoms

* prompt interpretation fails
* app brief, flows, data model, theme, blueprint, or screens fail to generate
* generation times out
* token, subscription, or AI feature access is not recognized
* Figma AI generation tools are not visible
* generated app structure needs correction
* AI-created screen has broken bindings or runtime behavior

## First Checks

1. Use a smaller, clearer prompt if generation fails or times out.
2. Confirm your signed-in Buzzy account matches the account with AI access or tokens.
3. Refresh the Workspace after subscription or token changes.
4. If a generated app opens but behavior is wrong, debug the app structure with [In-App Debugging](/troubleshooting/in-app-debugging.md).
5. If generation created the wrong product shape, revise the upstream artifact, such as the brief or data model, before regenerating downstream work.
