Figma Issues

Troubleshoot Buzzy Figma plugin connection, publishing, import, markup, layout, and rendering issues.

Figma issues usually happen before or during publishing, or when a Figma-designed screen renders differently inside the Buzzy app.

Common Symptoms

  • plugin authentication loops

  • plugin cannot connect to Buzzy

  • publish or import fails

  • app is blank after publishing from Figma

  • screen layout differs from Figma

  • content is cut off or cannot scroll

  • plugin warns about fields, forms, filters, or JSONata formulas

  • icons, vectors, masks, gradients, or images do not render as expected

First Checks

  1. Confirm you are signed in to both Figma and Buzzy with the expected accounts.

  2. Reconnect the plugin from plugin settings if authentication is looping.

  3. Check the Figma file uses frames and auto layout where responsive behavior is expected.

  4. Confirm the app has a valid Start screen.

  5. Review plugin warnings before publishing.

  6. If the published app loads but behavior is wrong, use In-App Debugging.
