# Workspace Issues

Workspace issues affect the Buzzy editor shell rather than a specific app screen. They usually show up before you reach a running app workflow.

## Common Symptoms

* Workspace loads as a blank page or appears frozen
* app list does not load
* a panel such as Brief, Flows, Blueprint, Design, Data, Theme, Tests, Security, MCP, Functions, People, or Settings is missing or empty
* account, subscription, or token access is not reflected after purchase
* a recent save or publish is not visible in the editor
* an old deep link opens the wrong app or no app

## First Checks

1. Refresh the browser tab.
2. Open the app from the Dashboard rather than an old URL.
3. Confirm the signed-in email is the expected Buzzy account.
4. Try a private/incognito window or another supported browser.
5. If payment, subscription, or token access changed recently, refresh after the Stripe or account update completes.
6. If the issue affects only one screen or component inside an app, move to [In-App Debugging](/troubleshooting/in-app-debugging.md).
